Maybe you saw that  tutorial called "How to Survive a Family Christmas". I would like to write my own advices and tips to have a Minecraft Christmas. Let's start...
Some gamers' family want to spend a Christmas holiday together, without seeing you in front of the computer.  Here are some tips to make your days fast and not boring.

Days are boring without Minecraft
If you mustn't use the computer in the holiday, the most important thing is to protect and hide your mobile phone. If you have a smartphone, it's easier, because you can download Minecraft to it, watch videos or visit PMC. But if you have a normal (Java) mobile phone, I advise to download an addictive game (especially RPG or strategy games), and then you won't feel bored. So try to keep your mobile phone handy. If you can't sleep at the night because of the horrible plan of you can't play Minecraft, you can listen to radio on your mobile. You will fall asleep fastly.

Eating
At Christmas, you don't always need to eat vegetables. Other traditional Christmas food are meals, for example turkey. And don't forget that there are lots of chocolate, sweets etc...

Family
Some gamers hate that when they need to stand up from the computer. But think for it positively: you can talk abot young adventures with your grandfather, get sweets in secret from your grandmother and laugh together with your cousin. Don't forget maybe there is only one time at the year when the whole family is together...

Gifts
If you don't know what to want for Christmas, here are some tips: if you haven't bought Minecraft, it's the perfect time to buy it. Or if you have it, and you want to get something concerning Minecraft, ask for goodies, for example mugs, keychain, book, plush doll etc...
