What happened to AR87?

This is only for the people who played on AR87.
Today I decided to go on AR87. I typed in the ip (ar87.ca) and it brought me to a server called Voxela Gaming. I asked the players what happened to AR87 and they had the same answer. What's AR87? So I just someone to explain to me what happened.

I haven't played AR87 in a while, but this still makes me sad. I literally sat there almost crying, because it was gone. I know, unmanly right? Well you wouldn't understand unless you spent half your Minecraft life on AR87.

Hey you probably don't remember me but I just wanted to say I played on that server too quite regularly under the alias sahand777. It was one of the first (if not the first) servers I ever played and I played with some IRL friends and we made awesome builds. I don't see those people much anymore but whenever I do ar87 is what we talk about because we had so many memories on there, despite minecraft not being apart of our lives for literally 5 years. It was good times!

I certainly don't know, but I'd love to get in touch with the players from back then. I know Coolade was going to some survival server afterwards, but I don't know of anyone else.

I was beyond sad. It was the first (and only that I liked) creative server I had ever been on.

Yeah, AR and Pwegoable were my go to places... Pwegoable at least became something better and there's a lot of old players there... I still miss everyone.

well i was sad too that i spent $30 on a server to be moderator.. and all of my creations gone to waste......
the server is gone because the owner (XoPhantomoX) sold it to some queer to make is a survival.. and i also to have spent all of my minecraft time on there too... i miss all of my friends on there...
