ive scripted a datapack for silktouch spawners a mechanic once given by the silkspawners plugin pre 1.15
for singleplayer use /reload when adding the datapack
for multiplayer restart server or use /reload (be warned /reload may not always work)

if you run across any errors with the scripts try unzipping the contents and adding them instead of the zip file
