Planet Minecraft holds many great teleporter datapacks, but they all lack one key feature - redstone integration.

Teleporters ReWired adds teleporters as redstone blocks - wire them up to a simple button, or use them in advanced item sorters. (To clarify for any confusion, no you do not have to place wire between them. :) That would be mean)

Teleporters work between dimensions, but do not support custom dimensions.

Throw an empty Teleporter Link onto a Teleporter to store the location. Then throw it onto another Teleporter to store the exit location - but you might want to also do this in reverse to make a 2 way teleporter.
