Greetings colonist! You may be pondering why all servers nowadays are only factions, minigames, skyblock, etc, with no creative ideas or new gamemodes. However, I present unto you, a server in the making, that will amaze and astound you! Introducing, Alien Realmz, featuring completely new gameplay!
Join either the aliens, known as the Nex, or the humans! Visit your home planet, and gaze in awe at the custom generated terrain! But beware, for other species of aliens (custom mobs) lurk in every corner, possessing special abilities and effects. Fight off your enemies with guns that each have unique abilities! Kill your enemies to obtain teleportation orbs, which allow you access to their home planet for you to pillage and raid!
In addition to the main gameplay, there are also campaign levels that play through the detailed and well researched lore behind the server, placing YOU into the action to fight back aliens! The levels are powered by command blocks and redstone, and made by a mapmaker that teaches a class of 20 students in real life on how to create maps!

Classes are being added, that give each side unique abilities! For example, join the Spirit Bearer alien class to get invisibility when you sneak, but as a side effect you get poisoned! Or join the Cyborg human class, which gives you strength because of robotic attachments! Each side will have 5-7 classes.

New generation buckets have been added, which generate obsidian or netherrack under your feet! This is very useful for defense, as these are the blocks that give effects when broken.
Now you have to make strategic decisions with what weapon you use, because there is a chance of the player you're fighting to steal the item right out of your hand!
There is also an extremely rare item called clickores, which generates coal ore at a rate of 1/5 with a 1/4000 chance of breaking.

New custom coded additions have been added! Now you can earn ores and legendary armor that give special effects, such as flight boots, haste helmets, and more! Since there is no claiming, you can use special blocks such as netherrack, which deals damage when broken, and obsidian, which gives slowness. Planned features include Cyborgs that guard your base and have special abilities and the use of prismarine, which deals slowness to Humans but not Aliens!
