I would like to upload a world that I made on my Xbox One to Planet Minecraft. Is there a way to upload the world straight from my Xbox or do I have to transfer it to another device to upload it?

You have to transfer it via realms to upload it. Upload the world to a realm, and then download it on a pc. You should then be able to export it and upload it to pmc
