In response to my previous post, I decided to make a sample banner for some constructive criticism, let me know how to improve on my animated banners.

Overall I think the banner looks pretty nice. I need to tone down the caution stripes on the left-hand side a tad. I also think putting a thin black border around the banner would look nice as well.

Let me know what y'all think, this is the 2nd animated banner I've ever created.
