Which Roleplay is Preferred?

Hey everyone!
Today I had the idea to just chill and build a map for some roleplay to happen. Not going into too many details, I just need the answer to one simple thing:
Would you rather roleplay in a University, High School, or City/Town setting?
I guess each is explanatory...
University with a small town.
High school with a small town.
or just a bigger City/Town?
Just want to get some small insight so I know which build will give players more fun.

Am I the only one here who dislikes all three of these roleplay setups (Unless City/Town can refer to a medieval settlement)?
