Requirements:

BUILDERS:
-Must have proof/images of past work.
-Must be able to work with a team.

ANIMATORS:
-Must be moderately skilled.
-Over the age of 14
-Use Blender to animate

WEB DESIGNERS:
-Must be able to code HTML.

VIDEO EDITORS:
-Must be moderately skilled in video editing.
-Over the age of 14.
