Creating team to build cities within our custom world

Hello PMC,
I am the co-director of a new team called Project Paralon. As the name suggests, Paralon is a project, a server (hopefully) not like others.
Yes, that sounds cheesy as hell and I'm sure you'd be expecting me to be a nine-year-old with a 'totly youneec facshun survur', but hear me out.
This would be essentially a free-roam, collection of communities within a macro community.
Now, here's why I am asking for your guys' help. This custom world that we have created is a circular 50k x 50k, meaning, a lot of cities.
We are looking for helping hands who could hopefully add their own artistic touch. Regardless of whether you are a 4 or a 9-10 at building, we are looking for anyone who would love to help.
