PwnzCrew Gaming - Seeking Community Leaders & Staff

I'm seeking those who are interested in becoming dedicated staff members for different aspects of the server mode environments and focused Team Leaders.
These are Voluntary positions with no harsh requirements, I've owned and operated Java servers online since early 2012 to current date, simply as a project I host public, though to give it purpose I'd like to have a reliable player staff roster so there is Always some one to guide players and assist with potential problems that may occur between them or server-side issues.
Below are 3 generalized rank abilities describing the level of responsibilities.
Creator:
Entry-Level position to Assist with building server-controlled areas,
terrain altering & naturalizing, Unique block-by-block designs &
Creations.
-- Novice and Expert builders welcome, no worries =)
-- Experience making Castles, Forts, or Town Builds of scale, is preferred --
Moderator:
In-game guide for helping players with everything from commands to
showing them where they can build a dirt hut(smh), and defusing
situations between players and attempt to find a solution With them,
this can range from players stealing, to disputes between guilds, and
grief or trolling issues.
-- Moderators are Voluntary, and mainly help directly with players.
Admin: Assisting and Leading Zone Builds and Creating/Testing content
Build staff members to work as a team and see details on
priority projects are taken care of. Admins may lead Creator teams for
builds regarding server projects.
-- Admin rank Only given to those who mastered being a Trusted Moderator --

currently welcoming Players to become permanent eventual Staff Members on the server, or pursue Any role they desire on Server Staff for PwnzCrew
Gaming.
There is currently No server shop implemented for donations/vanity perks.
Why I'm hosting the servers:
From 1.9 to 1.11.2 and 1.12.2 then 1.15.2 Now 1.17.1 & Still Going Strong!
With what I learned then with what I know now, I'd like to simply continue to offer Everyone to play & prosper here as a Dedicated and Valued Member of the server community as days progress.
minecraft Is Great fun, and I've always enjoyed the limitless options running a minecraft server has to offer into the depths of in-game content & mechanics, so I extend this on to you, the community to enjoy and Join to help grow and flourish.
Current Setup: 5 different style servers using Bungee integration with Lobby/Hub, developing a 6th server for upcoming environment to be added.
