Is there a way to add more versions to a texture pack, or i need to create another "texture page" (idk how to name it) with other version?

You can do something what I did - share a mediafire folder with multiple versions of your resourcepack : D

I don't think so; each version of Minecraft slightly changes some textures (like clocks or compasses between 1.8 and 1.12.2)
So you likely have to duplicate it and fix a few textures and make it for a different version
(hopefully that makes sense... I know how it works in my head but putting it on paper is a different story;;;)
