Any ideas on how i could improve my thumbnails or are they good enough. I'm only 16 a back year so i am still in school so please dont make it too complicated.

How should i focus more on the audience? In what way?

seems like u need to focus more on the audience that u got right now, do it because u want to do it, not because of the amount of subs.
