How do I upload maps?

I just made a map in minecraft. I want to upload that map to this website but I don't know how to do that. Can someone help me?

Make a Project Post then write all the information needed to provide some closure and more in-depth sight of your map then find a website that other people can easily download your map from safely and paste that link into the Project Post. Probably provide some pictures on the post so people gets more invested in your map. Just a easy tip
