So I am not sure if this has been a thought in the past or not.

But why not make an exclusive PMC texture pack by having the members / users create one?

We take a vote on size 8x8 up to 128x128
We take a video on theme - Hd, Cartoon, Medieval etc.
We section off the pack (Dirt Team, Ore Team, Glass team etc.)
We break into sides bedrock and java.

Java texture creators and their respective teams share and communicate with the bedrock side to get all the textures in order and named correctly for the pack.

Shot in the dark, just an idea...
