I have spent over 150 hours on Battlefield 4, which I would say makes me a Battlefield 4 veteran. This game is definitely worth buying just for the multiplayer, yes it had some bugs and glitches but most of them are gone now. The campaign was an agonisingly short campaign, yet it brought the emotions out.

The use of vehicles are, again, perfectly used to create an epic between infantry and vehicles. The vision of epic dog fights in the sky while the infantry are battling each other with the help of their tanks. This perfect mix goes well with the levitation and destruction of buildings and towers. The customised guns taking on other soldiers along-side the tanks taking out the vehicles. No two soldiers will ever be the same; this also occurs with the land, air and navy vehicles.

The next (and possibly best) part of this game is that the explosion of buildings has made a comeback, and this time it is better than ever. We can level giant skyscrapers, or even a dam. This is a game changing event, because it could be the very thing that saves your team, and could cripple your opponents to the point of destruction. Every explosion that happens, even if it’s not directly targeting the building, will affect it. If it’s strong enough, it could weaken the building, causing it to collapse, killing everyone inside.

The customisation is only available on multiplayer, which is disappointing but yet was a big problem, since the guns are already powerful and easy enough to use. Unlocking of guns is challenging, yet not too difficult. It has that sense of accomplishment when you unlocked a new gun. This is the same with the unique features of the attachments. The set of attachments had an effect on another attachment, so there was that challenge in putting the best suited attachments on. The classes have the perfect mix. The use of an “engineer” to fix and take out vehicles and has the use of PDW (personal defence weapons), while “support” replenishes your ammo and has the use of LMG’s (light machine guns). “Assault” revives and heals other players and has access to the assault rifle range and the last but not least, “Snipers”, who sit back and cover the rest of the teams with precise covering fire to pick of the lone soldiers. All classes have “Carbines”, for close and mid-range combat, and “shotguns”. These are perfect when you work as a team.

Now this leads us to “Squads”, the use of squads is amazing. Respawning on your squad leading in hard core mode and respawning on all members in normal, also this gave the sense of being a part of a team that has their own objectives. In these squads of 5 members, you can talk in chat with a microphone and if you don’t have a microphone you can send a team message of what you are needing, such as ammo, a medic, or a ride.
