How To Make A 3-D Roleplaying Game? Please Respond <3

Okay, Imma get straight to the point.
I have an idea for a game, a good one if I do say so myself.
It's based off of the Anime: Fairy Tail.
(I'll go into that more later on).
I wanted to know if there are so good programs/software/coding languages out there to make 3-D Role playing games, and I mean like good graphics too
If, anyone knows anything that could help me, then please link me to whatever, or help me out, point me in the right direction.

This is the idea. Well, the anime is about magic, fighting, dragons, and such. I want to make a RPG out of this storyline and stuff, you can romance the characters, etc. But what about the voices? Well, I have a way around that, either, I would do what Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness did, or (if I can eventually get an actual team together, swing by Funimation, meet with the creators [lol that shit aint happening] I could get the actual voice actors for the English dub]). Oh, I am good at doing impersonations so I could do voices lol. Well, yeah. Any ideas, help etc. please lemme know, thanks <9001
