Online forums are probably not a great place to find voice actors- try asking some people local. Almost everyone has a voice, so I'm sure you can find what you are looking for.

Ahh but on the contrary, a forum is a great place to meet people from all over the world with differents accents, personalities and ages. This can make a forum an ideal place to search for the right voice
