I went to the Eshop to look for it but I found nothing. Then I went back to the booklet in the game case.It turns out it's on the Wii Shop Channel D:
But I Googled it earlier & found that Nintendo is at least discussing the idea.
It doesn't bother me that much that they haven't made it yet. I'm just going to sit back & play OoT until Skyward Sword comes out!

I just got OoT 3d today & in the game case where the instruction booklet is, there is a 25th anniversary paper & on the back says that on the Eshop you can get Majora's Mask for the 3DS. Haven't searched for it yet but I will most defiantly get it if so. It's a fantastic game to continue the OoT Link's adventure
