You may need to copy the skin into a program to view it in Fullscreen, but it's PaulSoaresJr skin. I love the classic shading style that it has and was wondering if anyone knows how to do it, will make a skin for me, or can teach me how to do it.

What program are you using to skin? Just mess around with the settings a little bit and find the noise effect. MCSkin3D is a pretty neat skinning program imo.

I also would like to know how to do this shading.

Locate your noise effect button, my friend. That's not shading at all, it's just noise with a few hand-selected spots of slight darkening (fist, jaw/chin). Make blocks of color and then just... noise.
