DeluxeHub items appearing in a different world's nether

Hello,
I have a few plugins installed on my new server. Most stuff I have figured out but I cant for the life of me work out why my menu stuff from my MAIN LOBBY (in its own world) is in the Nether that is connected to another world. These deluxehub items on the hotbar don't appear in any other world besides the one its meant for and the Nether.
I have tried creating a new nether via Multiverse plugin and linking the survival world to the new nether via Multiverse netherportals. The Multiverse inventories has a group for both the survival world and the new nether to allow the carry over of all inventory. As soon as you enter the nether portal, I have all my inventory related stuff but then the 3 deluxehub items are in my hot bar too.
Might be something very simple and I'm just overthinking it but been stuck for ages trying to work it out.
