I'm making a minecraft map, not to post, but for my friends and little sister, also for practice. I want the player to have special powers, like if you're shifting with blaze powder you can set an oak log on fire. and if you're shifting and looking down with a tall grass in your hand you can grow grass from dirt instantly or even summon a lighting strike if you shift and look at a mob. I would prefer if there was a way to do it in 1.14 but if its in an earlier version like 1.8 or 1.12 that would be ok since im not that far into the map. ANY help would be greatly appreciated since im completely stumped on how to do this.
