Is there a good cape customizer?

Alright, I know that there are cape customizers and everything, but is there a fully custom one? I want to make a cape, but is impossible to make with the original Minecraft cape patterns. Is there any way around this or am I screwed?

Just go to Nova Skin. That's were I customized my cape.
