Nether Portals [FIXED]

Ok, so on my Spigot server for 1.12.2, I can enter a nether portal in the overworld at like +800 +800 and then come to the portal at 0 , 0 it is quite annoying, then the portal right at 0 , 0 takes me to like 350 -129. I can't find a plugin that fixes this issues, and have changed Spigot builds, no fix. It is annoying. Anybody have a solution or plugin?

Edit: I have no way to manually fix 8000+ portals in places I have no clue where they are... Just sayin.
Edit: Found my own solution convert anchorportals.
