2nd prefix after the main prefix using pex

I have tried everything including removing any type of prefixes in towny or any other possible plugin it could be. My main pex prefix shows and then there is automatically a second one copying the first one with whatever the last color is of the main prefix. For example [Owner] Owner : Playername
Does anyone know how to fix this?
