Apex subdomain not working

For some reason my apex subdomain ozziebritz.apexmc.co doesn't work, it just says can't connect to server, however with the IP address:port I can connect to the server. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I could fix it?

I think I know what your problem is.
I am assuming your ip is something like 192.168.1.1:12345 (as an exmaple this will be no where close to your ip or port). If your port for your servers ip address is not 25565 (which means you do not need a port at all) then your subdomain will need the port that the server hosting company provided you (which in my exmaple is 12345 for simplicity.) So if I had your subdomain with the ip address i created for this example you would have ozziebritz.apexmc.co:12345 and I would be allowed to connect to the server.
I hope this helps and since it has been almost a month since you posted this I also hope your problem is already solved.

I havent had it fixed, yet however I have had no issues with getting people on the server just using ipadress:port
