Ranks wont show (I need help with EssentialsChat)

Hello. Today I was finishing up PermissionsEX. I was adding the ranks EssentialsX config.yml file. When restarting, the ranks wont show. Im not good at plugins whatsover so can someone tell me (or fix) this from happening?

Hello! Depending on what version of minecraft you are using for the server essentials chat seems to be broken. To fix this issue you can simply download a prefix plugin for the version of the server you are running.
Here is one that supports multiple versions: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/uchat.23767/
