well i don't have repeting blocks or armor stands in 1.7.10.

then put a regular one one a realy fast redstone clock

You could summon a invisible armor stand or just make the armor stand invisible, put the item in its hand, ect. But it will take time, and if you want it to have motion, then that's a whole different story.. This is a armor stand generator to save time! haselkern.com

i know you said you want a mod but this is the only way i know how to do it get a repeting commandblock then type in /tp @e[type=<entity name>] <x> <y> <z> i dont think there is a mod im sorry.
