i search for this a year ago so i know that this is the best server (and fastest uptodate).
this server is called Nukkit, if you configured all the files where needed you can start the 'run.cmd' in the nukkit folder and if that is running you can start 'run proxy.cmd' if you want to host it out of your main network (of course you still need to port forward it in your router).
