Well the answer is simple, in case you all didn't know, when Apple released the 0.6x updates they also blocked the iexplorer, ifunbox, etc. Don't ask me how they did it I don't work for Apple. This means you can open the files but you cant change them.

According to Sphax, it should still work... I used his PE installation instructions on my pack and it should work...

PocketEdition installation tutorial - iOS Version:
No jailbreak required!
On your computer with your device connected
- Download iExplorer
-> Install and launch iExplorer
-> Select "com.mojang.minecraftpe" folder in iExplorer
-> Open "minecraftpe.app" folder
-> Drag&Drop all files of the "LiminalPocket pack iOS" folder inside iExplorer
-> Click on "OK" for each popup which asks you to replace resources
On your device
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition
-> Enjoy!
