Future Updates For Xbox Minecraft(Release Date Unconfirmed):
1 - Build height limit will be changed from 128 to 256.
2 - Jungle biome, trees, woods, planks and stairs.
3 - Iron Golems.
4 - Ocelots and Cats.
5 - Redstone Lamps
6 - Slabs and Stairs can be placed upside-down
Other Planned Features, Items, and Blocks
1-Texture Pack support for xbox 360
2-Horses
Main Current Update Features (1.4 i think)
1- The End/Ender Dragon/Ender Crystals
2- Spawn Eggs
3- Sheep can regrow wool by eating grass
4- Re-added Beaches
5- Bowls now stackable to 64
6- Added new music for The End and The Nether
7- BlackSmith buildings in villages now have chests with loot
8- Randomly Generated Netherwart in Nether wherever soul sand is
9- Fence Gates can now be opened by redstone

I don't think they are going to update minecraft for Xbox 360 anymore, since Minecraft xbox one edition is going to be much better, Mojang will probably update that once it comes out, so jungles and golems will be in Xbox one I'm assuming.
