Minecraft ps4 HELP!!!

okay so I play minecraft ps4 edition with 1 of my friends everyday he is in scotlandand and im in yhe USA,I tried to invite him to my game and it said on his end that I have an older version I asked him what version he had and he said 1.0.3 and mine says 1.0.2 and i checked for updates and it says latest version is currently installed! Wtf plz HELP!!!

Tried that a couple of times , tried to Google the latest version and it says 1.0.1 but I have 1.0.2 can't find anything about 1.0.3 at all on the internet. Thanks for your solution though.

Try to Un-Install it then Re-Install it!!!

Yes I said minecraft ps4 in my title and posted under console edition I have it for pc an haven't had any problems like this
