Hi

Could someone please explain to me how I can make a Datapack with craftable and breakable End Portal Frames?

Normally, the End Portal Frames cannot be broken and when broken with the glitch or in creative they leave the Portal itself still in place. Is it possible if someone could please explain to me how I can make them breakable with a Diamond Pickaxe or better like Obsidian and allow the Frames themselves to be picked up when broken by a Diamond Pickaxe or better but when broken with anything lower than a Diamond Pickaxe don't drop anything? Could someone also explain how I can make it so when the Frames are destroyed the portal dissapears, like a Nether portal?
