Sorry I forgot to mention this in the initial upload, but Frozen Wasteland's worldgen only works if you reroll your world gen settings back to default. Leaving it as is causes normal biomes to generate, breaking the pack.

In order to reroll you essentially click the world settings until it is back to default, then the worldgen should work.
