Depends on your computer on how laggy Minecraft is.Minecraft isn't that laggy for me....
Also, I think Mojang is fixing some lag issues in the 1.4 update.

That makes sense, because I have great internet, but not a very good computer.

I think its somehow related to the internal server thingy that was added in 1.3.0, and the problem is caused by poor internet rather than a poor computer.

I've had very little problems with the 1.3.1 update. Although, I've always had problems with minecraft, so maybe I just can't tell the difference?
