MY FPS PROBLEM (RESOLUTION)

Before I factory reset my laptop (Lenovo y50) it got about 200-400 fps on minecraft easily.
After 40-50fps and i checked its using nvidia but why is the fps so low and btw im running at 3k display and i cant go out of 3k display as it makes my screen get even more smaller can someone help me

Depends on how much files you have ;/ when i used to play 1 year ago i got 100 fps then this time i get 60-40

Try updating graphics drivers. Also, don't run the game at 3k. Not sure if you're referring to resolution or something else but if it's resolution then yea, turn that down.

Happening to me too, used to run MC at 100+ FPS and now it goes from 18 to 21.. I really need help since I'm trying to play Minecraft again
