Is there a map mod (like VoxelMap) that doesn't require FOrge *OR* LiteLoader?

I am trying to find a mapping mod that has as many of the features found in VoxelMap, Xaero's Map or Journey Map as possible but does not require a mod-loader/API like Forge or LiteLoader. I have Googled around and had no luck. ANy help would be appreciated.
