Is there a mod or command that sets the Minecraft time to the current (real) time?

I created a redstone machine that makes your time equivalent to the current *real* time. I made it using redstone repeaters and a command block. Every time the redstone loop hits the command block, it adds the
current game time by 5. (18 seconds). If the game runs non-stop, then
its time will be the same as the current real time. But then, I realized
that if I close the game, it won't run anymore. So, I'm here asking for
a mod or command that sets the game time to the current real time. Is there such a thing?
