I remember back in the day there was a mod where you could craft a block which could spawn archers and swordsman to defend your house from evil mobs. I remember playing it in minecraft beta 1.8 but can't remember the name. Sick of getting my machines blown up in tekkit so I think this would be pretty useful.

If it's not updated to 1.6.4 then do you know any other mods similar to this?
