My sword stops swinging sometimes when I jitter in 1.8.x

In 1.7, when I jitter click, all clicks register and my sword always swing. But In 1.8.x , when I jitter click, even though my cps mod says 8-11,Sword sometimes stop swinging, and I hit people way slower. I am on Windows 7.
