1.7.10 Forge server mod pack wont work

When i put in the ip for the modpack and try the forge universal jar it starts then closes automatically is there a fix im using hamachi

Im playing the mods with this technic pacwk i made my own because the server file they had had the same problem

remove these mods from the server
optifine
reis minimap
fastcraft
then try again, with minecraft 1.7 and earlyer any mods designed for client only will not work on server, and i believe its its 1.8 and up that does allow it but just ignores those mods, or maybe its 1.8 and earlyer that doesnt like it and 1.9 that deals with it

so its working then? if not then reading the log, or crashlog should tell you what the issue is
