3x3 door not working after a couple uses

Hey dere, I've recently put myself into redstone... Im not a redstone pro, but got the basics and tried making a 3x3 door on my own... Well, it stopped working after a while (middle block not coming back) and I tried youtube tutorials too, none worked...
Anyone knows a reliable working design which really works? Thanks.

It might be that you're trying to close the door before it's finished opening (or vice-versa).

dude, just take any design there is, I tried it... they all stop working after a couple uses at me.
