Bed disappeared after loading my source-pack, why?

I just loaded my selfmade source-pack in the game.
But as i entered my creative world, the beds in my house disappeared and i had to place them again.
I modifyed the bed-textures for brighter textil-colors.
Why the beds in the house disappeared?

By source-pack do you mean resource pack? If so I can assure you that resource packs are not capable of removing or adding blocks to the game, only changing how they look. If your beds disappeared from a world in such a way you needed to replace them it would not have been done by your resource pack. If your beds disappeared, as in they became invisible, and newly placed ones are also invisible then that would be due to your resource pack and conflict between model and texture but a pack can't delete blocks from a world.

yes i mean resource-pack (a set of new textures, i created for existing blocks and stuff).
I took the common textures of some blocks, items, ... into a new folder and drew my new ones into theese templates.
the beds disappeared in the world at the first launch with my textures and i had to place them again in the house there.
After that, i see them with my new texture.
But i still wonder, why they disappeared in my world
