Best graphics card for shaders standard mode?

Hello so i just bought a Radion afturburner Hd 6450 graphics card and i tested shaders standard mode with it and it acctualy works, well it requires fullscreen mode to be on but otherwise i found a shaders pack called normler shaders and im using that one
