Hello,
I just started a bukkit hamachi server (ip: 5.233.131.23 username: GlobeCraftServer
password: GBS) and i can't seem to change my rules.
I created the server with a prepared file from a youtuber, with rules
i don't wanna use. I dont have a rules.txt i believe, or i just can't find it.
I have a second problem too; When i login to the server (when everyone logs in to the server), it says welcome to SmiteCrafts PvP server, but thats a prepared welcome message, so thats not my real server name, i don't know how to change it....
Help me please!

Here open up the essenitals folder in plugins, and simply make a new text doucment, call it rules and write the rules in it

If you Have essentials its in the Essentials Folder under Rules.txt there you can delete them all and restart it or just edit the ones there.

What plugins do you have installed? And could you send me the prepared file?
