Hello,
I recently get a lot of these messages (the well-known [WARNING] Can't keep it up! (...) messages) and I was wondering how to fix them?
The weird thing is, that no resources are being maxed out, but I still have a lot of block lagg...

I use to get that all the time.
Go the you.time settings go to the internet time and untick auto update that solve it I might be wrong I don't have a pc never me to check

I am running a vanilla server...

Look at your plugins, and cut down on the ones you do not need.
