I cant change the size of plots on plotme with Multicraft. I cant find the config line.

You'll need to change the PlotMe-DefaultGenerator config before generating the actual world. Go into the generator folder in PlotMe's main directory and you'll find the config.yml file there - size can be changed with the option PlotSize.
