Is there a way or a different plugin to remove or change the name of the NPC without changing the skin? Or is there a way to change a skin of a NPC and have a different name? Please help!

You need to run SpoutPlugin and Spoutcraft in order to change the skins. If you are running these, then simply use SimpleSkins reloaded or other skinning plugins to change skins.

Is there a different plugin that is like the same but you can like remove the name or change the name of the npc without changing the skin??

I think there skin is generated based on their name, so that may be hard to find if it even exists without just getting an entirely different plugin.

Im not 100% sure what your asking, but i think with citizens you need forge to add custom skins to your NPC's. Not sure though.
