Converting a world from 1.13 to 1.12.2

I am trying to build a server and I started building it on 1.13, I have begun to get plugins but I am quickly realising that there are almost none that work with 1.13 yet, world edit is the most important one. Is there a way to convert my world from 1.3 to 1.12

No. The tech to do that will probably be out by the time all the plugins for 1.13 are fixed and it becomes immaterial anyways.
