This isn't really much information you are giving us... But a bad packet error is about mismatching versions most of the time (client - server), so are you sure you are using the same mc version as the server? If you are, maybe redowload this version by deleting it in the versions folder (%appdata% -> .minecraft) and running it again (this will download the files).

The 64 has nothing to do with block id's. The error is something related to the connection with the server.

Try if its a 1.7.9 change to 1.7.10 that may help sorry if it didn't i have not seen that error before
